Criteria to be used to select top 10 hub genes for salt tolerance in rice using cytohubba
I am working with the analysis of hub genes from protein-protein interaction of rice in cytohubba. To find the hubgenes involved in salt tolerance, what criteria for hub genes selection should be done? I have performed the analysis with degree and betweenness, the result that I get is all of ribosomal protein.
