The question about the Cytohubba
Hello everyone!
I used the Cytohubba to analysis the interaction of hub genes,but i got gene IDs instead of gene symbols,how can i convert it back to gene symbols? Thank you!

let me add an answer for future reference. on the left side of the Cytoscape screen, there is an option called "styles", in which you can find an option called "Label". There change the column name to a column in the node table with the symbol you like to see in the network.
