Database Of Rna Localization Signature

A colleague asked me this and since I did not know thought I would put it out to the community. Are there any databases for RNA localization signature or for atleast determining secondary structure in mRNA? Thanks.

I'm not familiar with such a database but maybe you could find some examples in this review (Subcellular localization of RNA and proteins in prokaryotes.)
