Most likely nowhere. A simple google search reveals that ACGT101-miRNA is a proprietary in-house software by LC Sciences, Houston, USA. You need to contact the company for a quote (if they sell it at all) or better look for an open-source alternative here that will enable you to produce reproducible results: Bio.tools registry on miRNA tools
