How to download miRNA and Gene Expression Tables from TCGA and other sites where to download them
Hi everyone. I need to get data for my research and I don't know how to download data from the TCGA, or better, I don't know where to find and assembly tables of gene and miRNA expression . I'd appreciate also to know other database where to find them.

Which data, which research question? Did you use the search function to check one of the many related questions? If not please do, if so, where did you get stuck?
I know that years ago TCGA had a section where to download ready-made gene and miRNA expression table for several kind of cancer (LUAD,LIHC etc..). I'd like to get similar data in order to implement a gene expression/RNA silencing analysis.
