How To Add Extra Annotation To The Affymetrix Mirna Microarray Probesets

Hi

miRNAs from the miRbase repository have the suffix -3p or -5p depends of where they came from. We are doing both miRNAseq and microarrays experiment of miRNAs. For the comparisons we would like to know what kind of hits we have in each of the experiments.

Unfortunately Affymetrix miRNA microarrays (2.0) do not have a suffix in most of the miRNAs names. Does someone know where I can find this information? the netaffx web site doesn't help here.

The annotation file contains detailed information for each probe:
