I'm so happy to join this Biostars Bioinformatics Group,
Actually Im totaly new on bioinformatics and I would love to hear from you bioinformatics experts, would you please recommend any papers and books to read about bioinformatics and system biology or even surveys.
I belong to computer science and I turned to work on bioinformatics datasets and biological interpretations

It is difficult to recommend papers without knowing your area of interest. You could start with most cited papers:
