Permutation Test for RNA-Seq Gene Counts
I have 5 individuals with each individual having RNA-Seq conduced pre and post a treatment. I want to conduct a permutation test to test the null hypothesis of no difference in the treatment. Does anybody have any guidance on how to set up a permutation test for this? I have gene counts for each individual (pre/post.)
