How to set RAPD data for analysis in excel? I have done a RAPD analysis on 5 populations of an insect, each population containing 14-20 individual, using 8 primers. I don’t know how set data in excel for using genealex / Arlequin, etc. Does anybody have an example data file? First column are individuals, second one populations for each individual, but primers should be in a row, could primers be as: a1,a2,a3,a4,b1,b2,b3,b4,b5,c1,c2,… a 1-4 means 4 bands produced in individuals of through population. B1-5 means 5 bands produced in individuals of through population.
