Perturbation Cancer cell line data
Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody new of a database of perturbation experiments in cancer cell lines where there are pre and post treatment RNA-SEQ or microarray data. I looking for particularly for Methotrexate, Vinblastine, Vorinostat, Cisplatin, and Gemcitabine. Thanks
