database of cancer and normal cell lines
Hello,
Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) is a database which contains only cancer cell lines.
Is there a database contain both cancer and normal cell line?
For example, CCLE has the rna-seq data of liver cancer cell lines, such as: hepg2, huh7. Is there a database also contain the expression level of normal liver cell line L02?
