Single molecule RNA-seq, without poly(A) screening.
Hi,
I am trying to find datasets of single molecule RNA-seq data which includes both poly(A)+ and poly(A)- transcripts. I am agnostic with respect to the cell type / organism of origin, at the moment.
Where and how can I find such datasets?
I have tried a couple databases and haven't found anything, which I assume must be an due to the databases and/or search terms I'm using.
