I am trying to find a good solution for linking together information about

1. cell lines
2. mutations

Ideally I would need a database which will tell me:

1. all mutations for a given cell line
2. all cell lines with a specific mutation

If there anything already available off the shelf?

If not, which databases could I try to bash together to get what I need?
