Association between genetic mutation and other variables
Hi All
I am relatively new to bioinformatics and data analysis.
I have two data sets for a series of cell lines:
1) A set of point mutations
2) A set of biomarkers (Binary output: Presence or Absence)
What is the best what to determine if there is a association between a given mutation and the presence of a given biomarker.
