Error correcting PacBio reads with Illumina reads
New tools have been published for error correcting PacBio reads with Illumina reads:

I am just wondering which tool do you think is the best one.

If both tools are new then it is unlikely that one has been accepted as
bestyet. You should try out both. Every dataset is different and one of the tools may work better for your data than other.
