its from WGS data.
we used TelSeq before https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4027178/ it is kinda old.
This one is not yet published, but should be very good https://github.com/kearseya/teltool has been tested on ICGC and GEL cohorts
