Searching for databases and repositories for AML rna seq data

I am looking Rna seq data of AML patients. i have tried GDC portal and i only found data on only around 300 patients can someone suggest other databases or repositories that would give data on AML patients like the GDC portal?

Do you want the sequence or the downstream analysis on those sequences? If the former, it may be worth exploring ENA or ArrayExpress.

i was hoping for the downstream analysis, i will try ENA, i have tried array express already not alot available there

Although I would not complain about GDC having data about "only" 300 patients, you should have a look at https://repositive.io/, they collect information about data from many repositories.
