how to know whether the rpm gdc data is pair ended or single ended

i downloaded reads per million data from gdc portal for aml patient and i need to know whether the data is pair ended or single ended. how do i find out?

Please be specific. "Reads per million" is a number; has nothing to do with single or paired end data.
