How to find clinical data for TARGET AML
Hi
Where can we find the clinical for TARGET AML (CR, EFS, MRD status, risk groups, cytogenetics, NUP fusion etc.)? I have downloaded the RNA counts (open access) from the GDC portal but the associated clinical data only include limited information (sex, survival data). Thanks!

There are clinical supplement files (excel spreadsheet) available in the GDC data portal.
