Which software for writting own app?

Hi all!

I am a begginer in advance programming (I am more biologist than informatician using only python language and little R). My question is for those bioinformatician for whom informatics is more familiar.

I would like to write a nice, colourful, report with a lot of shiny tables, statistics, graphs etc. I am wondering which of available software/languages do you recommend for witting such report?

I was thinking about writing report in shiny app in R. What do you think about that, is it possible to create a biological/statistical report by this program?

In other hand, I was thinking about writing report as simple html file ...or maybe I can connect it with other softwares?

As I said I am not very familiar with this topic so I would really appreciate for some suggestion.

I don't think this topic is not related to this site. I think there are a lot of people who might talk about it, this is also bioinformatics! Not only biology includes in that area. And I would like to add that my question is about writing biological report as a result of bioinformatic software - so for me related very much, Best, Agata
