How can I find reference composition of bacteria in helathy gut?
Hi all,
I am wondering if somebody know a database (files) that contains information about bacteria presented in healthy gut or skin etc.?
Another thing:
Do you know a database that contains only pathogenic bacteria?
I would appreciate for any suggestions,
