public data of RNA-seq
Hi all!
I am looking for a public fastq files including RNAseq experiment with cDNA selection stage. It needs to be performed on Illumina instrument (MiSeq, HiSeq).
Anyone know where I can find such data?
PS. I've already checked SRA database and couldn't find anything that I can use. Maybe there is another source?

If SRA doesn't have what you need, I wonder if you will ever be able to find something. Maybe if you are more specific about what you need? Because SRA has hundreds or thousands of projects fitting "RNAseq experiment with cDNA selection stage, sequenced on Illumina MiSeq or HiSeq".
