How to check if my starters occur bacteria species?

Hi all again!

I have a list of bacteria species and I would like to find primers that can amplify that list.

First, I checked already designed starters from publications for 16S by Silva TestPrime (https://www.arb-silva.de/search/testprime/job/363646). But I don't think this tool works correct (or I don't know how to use it). I found a pair of starters in publication for Faecalibacterium prausnitziim, but when I run TestPrime it shows me no records for this bacteria. So I am wondering is there any other way to find out whether the list of primers occur bacteria species?

You could use BLAST.
