What Happened To The Automotif Server?

Described in this paper. The server at http://ams2.bioinfo.pl/ seems to be down or completely offline, for a long time.

Does anyone know what happened to it, or if it's possible to reconstitute it?

Please write to the authors. Maybe they just ran out of funding, such things happen. A good case for submitting code to a public repository, then you could just download it.

there was also another great source for learning Bioinformatics at http://lib.bioinfo.pl/programs/view/1 with the title "Master of science in bioinformatics" and its down too.
