How to convert gene names into ID symbol in NCBI

Hi. I have around 3000 genes taken from NCBI. Now, I need gene Id for all those 3000 genes. How to get it. I have tried using http://www.inetbio.org/flynet/human_genes_converter.php?mode=p2&f=guide.

But, it is not showing for all genes.

Please guide me.
