RNA-seq experiment of mouse organs
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows where can I get raw RNA seq reads from different organs, preferably from the same mouse. I am sure this was done, but not sure if available or done by the same group (i.e. same sequencing method/chemistry/prep)
