Reference Transcriptome From A Mouse

Dear All,

I was wondering if someone knows where i can find an up-to-date reference transcriptome from a mouse (version mm9). It would be nice if there is one available in a FASTA format!

This is available through the Ensembl BioMart tool, where you can ask for all Mouse transcripts in FASTA format :

http://www.ensembl.org/biomart/martview

You can download mm9 (or NCBI build 37, according to UCSC) RNA fasta files from NCBI FTP archive folder
