Hello everyone. my Master's thesis is about analyzing blood ATAC seq peak calls. so far I have found a dataset containing PBMC ATAC seq peaks, but for whole blood or Neutrophil ATAC seq peaks I had no luck. so I was wondering if anyone knows a publicly available dataset of healthy whole blood ATAC seq or Neutrophils from peripheral blood . I would appreciate your help and suggestions

Your best chance for this (or in general any published NGS data) is sra-explorer.info which is an awesome webtool to easily query and create download links from data deposited at NCBI (SRA) or the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA).
sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks

Which species? Human or mouse? For mouse there are some granulocytes from bone marrow and spleen in the ImmGen ATAC-seq collection at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE100738. For whole blood I personally do not know any sources (and I also do not see the point in performing a bulk NGS experiment on something as heterogeneous as whole blood), but your best choice is browsing sra-explorer.info for the appropriate keywords.
thank you. I'm looking for human ATAC seq data
