How to calculate 4DTv distance (D4DTv) that stands for fourfold synonymous third-codon transversion ?
Hi guys,
I have a multiple sequence alignment and I need to calculate 4DTv distance (D4DTv) that stands for fourfold synonymous third-codon transversion. I wonder if there is a program which can calculate it or a function in R?
