Is the RNA-seq data in Regulon Db an in vivo dataset or in vitro data set?

Hi Guys

I am new to bioinformatics. I am looking at the bacterial data set in Regulon DB and am not really sure if the dataset is in-vivo or in-vitro. Please help.
