Data source for SciClone
Hi guys I am really new to bioinformatics and now I am learning to use SciClone, I just tried example data set and now it works fine, and I want to come up with my own data set but I am confused about the source of generating data that is appropriate for SciClone... Is there any tools or website that I can use?
