Histone modification data of cancer subtype
I am looking to find data set of histone modification of liver cancer but I need to tag them with their subtype I need these data to check my classifier. would you please help me to find this dataset. which database would be better for this porpose. I am not sure if I can use TCGA to find my sample data? also it would be nice to have a database which link this data set with other epigenetics data like DNA methylation or ...
