I know you guys might say this is a repeated question, or it is too broad etc, but it is not...because similar questions were asked like 3 years ago, now everything evolved and hot research topics changed, I really need biostars help.

I am a master student in computer science and looking for a project that would involve coding and applying some new algorithms. I was wondering if any of your guys looking for a partner in a project or you have some ideas that can potentially end up somewhere (like a useful tool or a publication)

I am particularly interested in game design, crowdsourcing, rna-seq, genomics.
