Hi,
I am looking at RNA expression in cell lines. I am trying to validate an antibody, so it would be great to have this comparison of RNA and protein expression.
I found out about ARCHS4 which has a large dataset. But before looking further I want to make sure that I am understanding the data available. I am new to bioinformatics so, it is odd that I do not see units of measurement for the RNAseq data.
For example:
https://maayanlab.cloud/archs4/gene/PPIB#tissueexpression
Is the data available in this website in RPKM?
Thank you for your help!
Also if you have other online database that you recommend, please share!

The data are gene counts that were first log2(x+1) transformed, followed by quantile normalization.
