I am new to Bioinfomatics and its related works. Currently im trying to create synteny map using Circos pogram. But unfortunately Im facing trouble in creating links between my genes in my two organsims. I have my circos.conf, ideogram.cog, ticks.conf files correct. But when I try with the links data I am facing problem in the result. So can anyone help me out in solving this issue. It will be a great help for me.
