Creating a CIRCOS plot for array data
Can someone help me in creating a CIRCOS plot for my array data? I am completely ignorant and tried to read from Circos website, but not able to get any where. Please let me know if someone can help.

I am not sure what R package is? As I said, I am totally ignorant about this. Other than seeing these amazing figures in papers, I am not sure how to do this. Thanks.

I found this tutorial really helpful to get started with Circos.
You can use the genomeVx. It's to easy, and you can improve the imge on your preference on corel for example.
