Circos image for Copy Number Variation

Hi,

I am learning circos to make image for my CNV data, however I am not getting image that I wanted. Could any one please help me by sharing the circos.conf script to create circos image using CNV data? I will appreciate your help. Thank you!

Hi,

There are different ways of representing data in a circular format (CIRCOS).

Go through the link mentioned above, here is one of the tutorials you can plot your CNV values with circos.

Hi,

There are number of published study where CNV tracks have been plotted in a circular fashion using CIRCOS. I strongly suggest you to explore more of genomics research article for your reference. Below is a link of article [for your reference] where authors have generated a CNV frequency plot. I hope this is the kind of data plot you are looking for.
