How to plot LD decay per chromosome
Hi all,
I am trying to plot one population LD decay showing multiple chromosomes separately. I did calculations in TASSEL and uploaded the results in R.
Here is the plot that I want to create with my data.
Could you please share with me if you have a R script to make this plot?
