How can I have the structure of a gene (or haplotypes of a gene) on the top of the LD plot on Haploview
Hi,
I used Linkage Format on Haploview to have my LD plot:
But also I need to have the gene structure on the top of my LD plot, something like this :
How can I add this section? thanks a lot for the help.

The example picture looks like a montage of the LD-plot with gene models from a - possibly UCSC - genome browser. If it is only for a single figure, doing something similar may be easiest. Set both applications to display the identical genomic range and export the images.
