Collection of 5' mRNA ends from human transcriptome
Hello!
I was wondering if anyone knew of a downloadable dataset consisting of just the 5' UTR of all (most?) human mRNA. I thought FANTOM5 might have something like it but was unable to locate anything that gives the actual sequences, it tends to give positions within the genome.

Biomart is probably the simplest solution. That link is a pre-made search that will return the 5' UTR sequence of all annotated human transcripts.
