I was wondering if anyone knew of a public dataset suitable for combined approaches analysis such as as mixture of genetic, methylation and expression data. I heard of dbGAP which contains lots of studies about phenotype-genotype associations and often have different data types, but I haven't found anything that provides at least three different cell properties of the same sample.
