I am looking to download a dataset that includes specific information, but I can't find it in the NCI database. The data I am trying to download can be viewed here: http://www.cbioportal.org/study.do?cancer_study_id=acc_tcga under the "mutated genes" tab. Specifically, I want to download a file that includes the mutated gene as well as the number of mutations (column 4). At the NCI, I have found and downloaded files containing a lot of great information about these genes, but the one I really need is the number of mutations. If anybody knows where to find this information, please let me know.
