Hi, I would like to ask if anybody knows public domain databases and web tools to analyse different stages of Barrett's esophagus. The most that I can find are esophageal cancer databases with patient's previous history of suffering from Barrett's esophagus.

But I would like to understand different mutations, copy number variables or even its expression at different stage of Barrett's esophagus (e.g dysplastic, short segment, long segment). These information are, unfortunately, not available in most databases.

any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
