gene panel for cancers

Hi , I am working with gene panel for cancers and I am not able to find full details about the number of genes reported by each organization/company and I have only short time to complete this work. So, how can I find the full information? If anyone knows please help me.Thanks in advance.

If you have little time, it would be especially advisable to post a specific question to get help!

If you are looking for genes for specific cancer, you would find cancer specific panels. However these panels are company/institute specific. If you are looking pan cancer screening, comprehensive cancer panels will help. In general, comprehensive cancer panel genes are, again, company/institute/GTR offering facility specific. My suggestion is to look into consensus cancer gene list (~ 500) from COSMIC for comprehensive cancer panel.

Your question is quite vague.

Take a look at Illumina's cancer panel (Excel file direct link). THe source of that file is this page: https://www.illumina.com/products/by-type/clinical-research-products/trusight-cancer.html

You can take a look to the cancer sequencing companies, including Foundation Medicine, Guardant Health, Grail, and Illumina. You can also look into the panel of MSK-IMPACT.

Most of them have gene list published.

In case you need to do the targeted panel sequencing: https://www.illumina.com/products/trusight-panels.html
