calculating target size for a custom panel

I have created a custom 52 gene panel and need to find the target size for these genes for sequencing company. I am not able to find an accurate way to find size of my gene panel, as far as I have come to know target size is memory size of the sequence of gene, but I don't know which sequence to select from this many sequence. My reference genome is hg19. Any help will be appreciated thanks.

Target size is just the number of bases that comprise the genes of your custom panel. For example, if your custom panel contained 2 genes and each gene had 1000 base pairs of sequence across their exons, the target size would be 2kb. In other words, just add up the number of bases to be sequenced and that is the target size.
