What are the advantages of using cell-lines over tissue samples of RNA-seq data ?
Hi,
I am working on the cancer samples, it includes the both cell-line samples as well as tissue samples of rna-seq data, and task is to identify differentially expressed genes.
What are the advantages of cell-line samples in contrast to tissue samples?
Please share any papers or articles can explain about advantages of cell-lines?
