You better do some googling first. Here is the post where it already has been asked Database For Transcription Factor Binding Sites Annotation (Tfbs)
That post does not talks about GEO accessions. What I wanted to know is the summary of TF peaks data. For which all tissues is it available and what are their respective accessions. I am talking more along the lines of fetching NCBI GEO data from E-utils and getting the summary. But since we all know that E-utils can be a little buggy I wanted to know if somebody has already done it and a script like that already exists.
