Hi I am looking for cross species data sets across commonly sequenced tissues for which data is available for at least three species (Human,mouse and rat to be precise) where informaion about both 5hmc and 5mc is available. I would appreciate if anybody can point me to such datasets they should preferable be whole genome sequencing data and not 450k DNA methylation data.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
