Cancer data for histone Chip-seq in human and mouse
Does anyone know of any cancer dataset in mouse and data for the same cancer being available in Human either in GEO or SRA. I tried to look it up in GEO but could not seem to find it would appreciate it if some one knows of the same type of cancer being studied in Human and Mouse for different histone modifications like "H3K4me1","H3K4me2","H3K4me3","H3K36me3","H3K27me3" etc
