you can look into NIH road epigenomic datasets, they have data in many formats whichever you like

http://www.roadmapepigenomics.org/data

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/roadmap/epigenomics/

even at NCBI

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/epigenomics/

just give key words as Human or mouse + Histone + tissue

you would see their all deposited data

But that data is not publicly available I believe.

I tried the way you suggested. For most of these tissues in Mouse I could not find histone data.

You can search on NCBI Geo to see what are histone data available

Histones and their modification in humans (mammals) can be found in several databases (in addition to ROADMAP) such as HIstome, Human Histone Modification Database, iHMS, HistoneDB, Histone Systematic Mutation Database, and WERAM
